Third batch of China’s aid expected to reach Cyprus tonight, says Ambasador Huang
The third batch of China’s aid is expected to arrive on Thursday in Cyprus, according to the Ambassador of China to Cyprus, Huang Xingyuan.
“China`s official aid to Cyprus, including 5000 protective suits, 10000 N95 masks and testing kits for 10008 persons are on their way from Tijian onboard a Cypriot charter flight, expected to land tonight at Larnaca airport” the Ambassador wrote on Twitter.
In a separate statement, the Embassy said that Ambassador Huang’s Twitter account ws suspended on April 13 without prior written notice on the grounds of “violating Twitter Rules” but has been reinstated since.
