Cyprus President expresses “deep gratitude” to nurses and midwives
Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades has expressed the state’s and his own “deep gratitude” towards nurses and midwives for their valuable contribution in protecting everyone’s health.
In a written statement on the occasion of International Nurses Day, celebrated on May 12, President Anastasiades said that this year the international day is celebrated in the midst of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in Cyprus and across the world.
