MED7 Ministers to discuss developments in E. Mediterranean, migration and other issues during teleconference on Thursday
Developments in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Southern EU Neighborhood, as well as the migration issue are expected to be discussed, among other issues, on Thursday, during a teleconference of the Ministers responsible for European Affairs of the Southern European Union member states, including Cyprus Foreign Minister Nikos Christodoulides.
CNA has learned that in light of the current situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministers are also expected to exchange views on issues related to the exit from the crisis, the European economic recovery plan, the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) and other issues of European interest.
The teleconference will be attended by the competent Ministers of France, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Malta and Portugal.
