French and Cypriot DefMins express joint will to enhance defence cooperation
Minister of Defence of France and Cyprus Florence Parly and Charalambos Petrides respectively expressed their joint will to enhance defence cooperation between the two countries amid continuing Turkish destabilizing actions in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Parly and Petrides met in Paris on Thursday, in the context of a visit by Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades to the French capital.
According to an official press release, the meeting focused on the developments in central and eastern Mediterranean and on the bilateral relations between the two countries in the fields of defence and security.
