Turkey's provocations will be discussed in upcoming European Council, President says
The upcoming European Council, that convenes in Brussels on July 17-18, will discuss the proposal for the MFF and the recovery package but Turkey`s provocations in the Eastern Mediterranean will also be on the table, President Nicos Anastasiades told the press Monday.
Invited to comment on the results of the Foreign Affairs Council which discussed the issue and took certain decisions against Turkey, the President said that he would rather have a full briefing on what was decided by the Ministers.
"I had a preliminary briefing, I must get detailed information" he told the journalists as he proceeded to an event at the French Ambassador`s Residence for Bastille Day.
