Borrell: Maritime boundaries must be defined through dialogue not unilateral actions and naval forces

EU High Representative on Foreign and Security Policy Josep Borrel warns that the latest naval mobilisations in Eastern Mediterranean are extremely worrying and calls for dialogue and negotiations in order to define maritime boundaries, instead of unilateral actions and mobilisation of naval forces. The HRVP recalls the readiness of EU to facilitate re-engagement in such talks.

More specifically, in his statement HRVP Borrel notes the following: "latest naval mobilisations in Eastern Mediterranean are extremely worrying.
