CMP exchumes ten individuals until July 31st, seven crews carry out excavations without any findings so far

The Committee on Missing Persons in Cyprus (CMP)  has exhumed ten individuals and has carried out five identifications from the beginning of 2020 until July 31st , according to its figures and statistics. Currently seven crews of the Committee are conducting excavations, six in the Turkish occupied areas and one in the government-controlled areas of the Republic, without any findings so far.

In 2019, 28 individuals were exhumed and 42 identifications were carried out.
