The case of Cyprus is indicative of the deficits of international cooperation and collective responsibility, President of the House of Representatives Demetris Sylllouris said Wednesday, addressing the 5th World Conference of Presidents of Parliament, which is co-organised by the Interparliamentary Union and the National Council of Austria, with the support of the UN and the participation of more than 100 Presidents of national parliaments.
