Cyprus President flies on Thursday to Brussels to attend European Council
President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades is flying to Brussels on Thursday to participate in the Summit of the European Council, according to a press release issued here today by the Presidency.
The 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework and the Recovery Plan are on the agenda of the Summit that will take place on 17 and 18 July.
President Anastasiades is also expected to raise at the Council the issue of Turkey`s illegal actions against the Republic of Cyprus and its sovereign rights.
