Cyprus will continue to experience extreme temperatures on Monday

Extremely high temperatures will continue in Cyprus on Monday, a press release by the Cyprus Meteorology Department has said.

The Department issued on Sunday an extreme high temperature “yellow” level warning for Monday between 1300 hours and 1700 hours local time.

“The maximum temperature is expected to rise to around 41 degrees Celsius and to around 32 degrees Celsius over Troodos highest peaks,” it said.
