President Anastasiades and Minister Beaune stress the need for EU to examine a decisive stance towards Turkey
Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades and the French Minister of European Affairs Clement Beaune agreed on the need for the EU to examine all the available means at its disposal in order to adopt a clear and decisive stance towards Turkey.
President Anastasiades and the French Minister had a meeting today at the Presidential Palace, during which they discussed a number of issues, such as the forthcoming EU Extraordinary Council, Turkey`s illegal actions in the region, Immigration, the Pandemic of Covid-19 and the effects on the economy.
Speaking after the meeting, Deputy Government Spokesman Panagiotis Sentonas said that during the meeting, President Anastasiadis expressed his satisfaction for the excellent relations between Cyprus and France.
