Eight countries, including Cyprus, participate in UK’s Strategic Leadership Programme
The Defence Academy of the United Kingdom and Cranfield University delivered a third regional Strategic Leadership Programme in Cyprus from 12-14 October 2020, which was attended by representatives from eight countries.
Attendees from Cyprus, Greece, the UK, and UNFICYP (Serbia, Hungary, Brazil, Argentina & Slovak Republic), along with colleagues from Cyprus’ Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence, the National Guard, the Customs Department and the Police participated in the three-day programme, a press release by the British High Commission says.
The course was opened by Cyprus’ Chief of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Zervakis and closed by Defence Minister Petrides who provided the closing address alongside British High Commissioner Stephen Lillie.
